In the presence of His Excellency, General Sir John and Lady McColl and of one of its Patrons, David Gower, O.B.E, former England Cricket Captain, the East Africa Cricket and Education Foundation will host its inaugural black tie gala ball ‘Out of Africa’on Saturday, 15th October 2016 at 7pm at the Hotel L’Horizon, St Brelades Bay in Jersey.
Roger Dakin, former England and Great Britain hockey goalkeeper will M.C. the nights proceedings, commencing with a champagne reception. A highlight of the evening will be an auction, conducted by Lord Harry Dalmeny of Sothebys UK and amongst the entertainment Njabulo Madlala, a renowned South African baritone will perform South African favourites.
