Our Character Tutors & Coaches

Our dedicated team is at the heart of everything we do. Every member of staff is a trained Character Education Tutor, equipped to inspire and mentor young people in developing the values, attitudes and life skills needed to thrive both in and beyond the classroom. Alongside their expertise in character education, our team members are qualified cricket coaches accredited by the International Cricket Council (ICC). Many have represented Kenya at national level or have extensive experience in cricket coaching, umpiring, administration and programme delivery. The majority of our Character Education Tutors come from backgrounds similar to those of the children and young people they teach and coach. Having faced many of the same challenges, they serve as positive role models who understand the realities of the communities we work in and demonstrate that, with the right support, guidance and determination, young people can overcome adversity and achieve their potential. By combining high-quality character education with cricket, our staff create engaging learning experiences that help children and young people build confidence, resilience, leadership, respect and hope for the future while developing their sporting potential.
