For the past three months, we have been incredibly privileged to have Ronny Harrison, a professional cricket coach from the UK, volunteering with us at EACDT. Despite being on holiday, Ronny chose to dedicate his time to our programme, working closely with our coaches and young players to help them develop both their cricketing skills and character.
With over 10 years of coaching experience, including roles with Surrey CAG and Performance Programs, Ronny has coached hundreds of young cricketers, both boys and girls, across various age groups. This was his first coaching experience abroad, and we are thrilled that he chose to spend it with us.
Over the last three months, Ronny’s expertise, energy, and dedication have transformational. Beyond cricket, he has helped reinforce the core character values we teach ensuring that our young players grow both on and off the field. His presence has not only elevated our training sessions but also inspired both coaches and players alike.
As Ronny’s time with us comes to an end, we reflect on the incredible impact he has made. His commitment to character education and his belief in using sports as a vehicle for change align perfectly with our mission.
